Ronald L. Dies Jr filed a motion Jan. 28 seeking to silence title to Lehigh against any claims by several other persons or lien holders.

Roger Loewen filed a lawsuit Feb. 3 against Brian Glenn Burkholder seeking more than $75,000 for injuries caused by an Aug. 19, 2020, K-15 crash. Loewen claims that Burkholder was negligent driving a tractor pulling a hay rake not equipped with taillights when Loewen hit the hay rake.

Linda Kae Ouellette was ordered on January 31 to pay the National Central Bank $496.25 plus costs and interest for an unpaid loan.

Christina D. Perez was ordered on January 21 to pay Capital One Bank $2,085.41 plus costs and interest for unpaid credit card bills.

Dustin Rodgers was ordered Dec. 15 to pay $10,675 to J&L Rentals and was evicted from the property at 1896 US-56.

State Farm Mutual Insurance Co. settled a lawsuit brought by Laura and James Paulus agreeing to pay $18,612.45 plus $9,787.55 in attorneys’ fees. The lawsuit stemmed from injuries sustained by their daughter on December 15, 2020 in a car accident.

A lawsuit filed earlier against Mary M. Sullivan by Capital One was dismissed on January 18.

Tampa State Bank filed a lawsuit Feb. 7 against Jeromy D. James and Shannon D. James seeking to foreclose on a mortgage and be paid $49,048.37 plus costs and interest.

Robin R. Zimmer was ordered on January 21 to pay Galt Ventures $1,365.09 plus costs and interest for an unpaid cash advance.
