*These ETFs are different from traditional ETFs.

Traditional ETFs tell the public what assets they hold each day. These ETFs will not. This can create additional risks for your investment. For example:

  • You may need to pay more money to trade ETF shares. These ETFs will provide less information to traders, who tend to charge more for trades when they have less information.
  • The price you pay to buy ETF stocks on a stock exchange may not match the value of the ETF’s portfolio. The same is true when you sell stocks. These price differences may be larger for these ETFs compared to other ETFs because they provide less information to traders.
  • These additional risks can be even greater in bad or uncertain market conditions.
  • ETFs will publish a “tracking basket” on their website on a daily basis designed to facilitate trading in ETF shares. Although the tracking basket includes some of the holdings of the ETF, it is not the actual portfolio of the ETF.

The differences between these ETFs and other ETFs can also have advantages. By keeping certain information about the ETF secret, these ETFs may face less risk than other traders can predict or copy their investment strategy. This can improve the performance of the ETF. If other traders are able to copy or predict the investment strategy of the ETF, however, this can adversely affect the performance of the ETF.

For more information on the unique characteristics and risks of ETFs, see the Risks and other information section below.

1 The information on estimated capital gains and funds presented here is not final; these are initial estimates as of October 31, 2021 and will change based on market volatility, portfolio and shareholder activity and tax adjustments. * Risks and other information

ETFs trade like stocks, fluctuate in market value and may trade at prices above or below the net asset value of the ETF. ETF brokerage commissions and expenses will reduce returns.

ETF shares can be bought or sold throughout the day at their market price, and not at their net asset value (NAV), on the exchange on which they are listed. ETF shares are tradable in secondary markets and may trade at a premium or at a discount to their net asset value in the secondary market.

Since Shares are traded in the secondary market, a Broker may charge a commission for executing a trade in Shares, and an investor may also bear the cost of the spread between the price at which a broker will buy the Shares and the price at one. bit higher at which a broker will sell Shares.

The objective of the actively managed ETF tracking basket is to build a portfolio of representative stocks and index ETFs that track the daily performance of an actively managed ETF without exposing current holdings, trading activity or internal research on the actions. The tracking basket is designed to conceal any non-public information about the underlying portfolio and only uses the Fund’s latest publicly disclosed holdings, representative ETFs and publicly known daily performance in its construction. You can access the tracking basket and the tracking basket weight overlap on invesco.com/etfs.

The tracking basket is designed to closely monitor the daily performance of the Fund, but is not the actual portfolio of the Fund. The tracking basket is made up of: (1) certain recently disclosed portfolio securities (components of the strategy); (2) liquid ETFs which transmit information on the types of instruments (which are not otherwise fully represented by the Strategy Components) in which the Fund invests; and (3) cash and cash equivalents. Although the tracking basket is intended to provide investors with sufficient information to enable an efficient arbitrage mechanism that will keep the market price of the Fund at or near the underlying NAV per Share of the Fund, there is a risk. (which may increase during periods of market disruption or volatility) as market prices will vary significantly from the underlying net asset value of the Fund; ETFs traded on the basis of a published trailing basket may trade at a wider bid / ask spread than ETFs that publish their portfolios on a daily basis, especially during times of market disruption or volatility, and can therefore be costly. more expensive for investors to negotiate; and although the Fund seeks to take advantage of the confidentiality of its portfolio information, market participants may attempt to use the tracking basket to identify a Fund’s trading strategy, which, if successful, could induce these market participants to engage in certain predatory business practices which may have the potential to harm the Fund and its shareholders.
